Refunds Policy

14-Day Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed for items that have been returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Timeline

Here is what to expect after we receive your return:

  2. 2Approval: If the item meets our return conditions, we approve the refund.
  3. 3Processing: The refund is processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
  4. 4Receipt: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items with obvious signs of use but still in sellable condition.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window but within 60 days.
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
