30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-built or specially ordered outdoor kitchen cabinetry.
- Items that have been installed or used.
- Gift cards.
- Sale items marked as final sale.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- 1Contact our support team at support@agagrill.com or call +1 904 671 9582 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- 3Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- 4Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
