Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. For customers outside the USA, please contact us at support@agagrill.com to discuss alternative arrangements.

Handling Time

Order processing and handling takes 1 to 7 days maximum, depending on the item. Smaller items such as accessories and tools typically ship within 1-2 business days. Large items including grills, outdoor kitchen cabinetry, and fire features may require up to 7 days for careful preparation and packaging.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Transit Time

Once your order has shipped, transit time typically takes 3 to 5 days for standard delivery. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

Large Item Delivery

Large items such as built-in grills, outdoor kitchen islands, and fire features are delivered via freight carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to inspect and accept the delivery.
